Términos y Condiciones

Estos Términos y Condiciones ("Términos") rigen su uso de UseKairo.dev ("la Aplicación"), que integra la API de Pinterest. Al acceder o usar la Aplicación, usted acepta estos Términos, nuestra Política de Privacidad y los términos aplicables de Pinterest (incluyendo sus Términos de Desarrolladores, Directrices de Comunidad y Políticas de Privacidad, disponibles en https://developers.pinterest.com/terms/). Si no está de acuerdo, no use la Aplicación.

1. Elegibilidad

Debe tener al menos 18 años o la mayoría de edad en su jurisdicción para usar la Aplicación. No permitimos apps para niños menores de 13 años.

2. Registro y Cuenta

Para usar ciertas funcionalidades, debe registrarse y conectar su cuenta de Pinterest, otorgando un token de acceso. Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales. No solicitamos ni almacenamos sus credenciales de inicio de sesión de Pinterest.

3. Uso Permitido

Puede usar la Aplicación para utilizar Pines públicos de Pinterest como fuente de inspiración visual para ayudar a los usuarios a generar ideas y planificar contenido creativo original para Pinterest y otras plataformas. Debe cumplir con:

• Estos Términos y nuestra Política de Privacidad.
• Todos los términos y políticas de Pinterest, que incorporamos por referencia.
• Leyes aplicables, incluyendo sanciones y controles de exportación.

Prohibiciones:

• No modifique, copie o cree derivados de la API de Pinterest.
• No use datos de Pinterest para propósitos no autorizados, como scraping automático, venta de datos o combinación con datos externos.
• No tome acciones en nombre de usuarios sin su conocimiento y consentimiento explícito (ej: crear pines automáticamente sin revisión).
• No incentive engagement forzado (ej: requerir pines para beneficios).
• No interfiera con funcionalidades de Pinterest o oculte su identidad.
• No use la Aplicación para spam, abuso o violación de políticas de Pinterest.

4. Contenido y Derechos

Cualquier contenido que cree o comparta a través de la Aplicación debe respetar derechos de propiedad intelectual y no violar políticas de Pinterest (ej: no contenido ofensivo). Otorga a nosotros y a Pinterest una licencia no exclusiva para usar su contenido conforme a estos Términos.

Al publicar contenido de Pinterest, debe enlazarlo de vuelta a la fuente original y no alterarlo.

5. Publicidad

Si la Aplicación incluye publicidad vía Pinterest, cumplimos con las Directrices de Publicidad de Pinterest. Proporcionamos notificaciones y opciones de opt-out para publicidad comportamental, y no enviamos datos de usuarios opt-out.

6. Responsabilidad y Garantías

La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías. No somos responsables por pérdidas de datos, interrupciones o daños indirectos. Usted indemniza a nosotros y a Pinterest por reclamos derivados de su uso indebido.

7. Terminación

Podemos suspender o terminar su acceso por violación de estos Términos o de políticas de Pinterest. Al terminar, debe eliminar cualquier dato de Pinterest almacenado.

8. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Argentina, sin consideración a conflictos de leyes.

9. Cambios

Podemos modificar estos Términos. Notificaremos cambios y su uso continuado implica aceptación.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of UseKairo.dev ("the Application"), which integrates the Pinterest API. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Pinterest's applicable terms (including their Developer Terms, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policies, available at https://developers.pinterest.com/terms/). If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Application. We do not allow apps for children under 13 years old.

2. Registration and Account

To use certain features, you must register and connect your Pinterest account, granting an access token. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We do not request or store your Pinterest login credentials.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Application to use public Pinterest Pins as a visual inspiration source to help users generate ideas and plan original creative content for Pinterest and other platforms. You must comply with:

• These Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• All Pinterest terms and policies, which we incorporate by reference.
• Applicable laws, including sanctions and export controls.

Prohibitions:

• Do not modify, copy, or create derivatives of the Pinterest API.
• Do not use Pinterest data for unauthorized purposes, such as automated scraping, data sales, or combining with external data.
• Do not take actions on behalf of users without their knowledge and explicit consent (e.g., automatically creating pins without review).
• Do not incentivize forced engagement (e.g., requiring pins for benefits).
• Do not interfere with Pinterest functionalities or hide your identity.
• Do not use the Application for spam, abuse, or violation of Pinterest policies.

4. Content and Rights

Any content you create or share through the Application must respect intellectual property rights and not violate Pinterest policies (e.g., no offensive content). You grant us and Pinterest a non-exclusive license to use your content in accordance with these Terms.

When posting Pinterest content, you must link back to the original source and not alter it.

5. Advertising

If the Application includes advertising via Pinterest, we comply with Pinterest's Advertising Guidelines. We provide notifications and opt-out options for behavioral advertising, and do not send data from opt-out users.

6. Liability and Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for data losses, interruptions, or indirect damages. You indemnify us and Pinterest for claims arising from your misuse.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or Pinterest policies. Upon termination, you must delete any stored Pinterest data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of laws.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will notify changes, and your continued use implies acceptance.
